Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Subtronics Meet & Greet Experience and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. I have an ADA Request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for my Subtronics Meet & Greet Experience?

For accessible seating requests at the show, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on Shrine Expo Hall’s availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

Our VIP Packages

How do I place my order?

All Subtronics Meet & Greet tickets must be purchased online. Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, June 4 at 10AM Local and will not require a password or code to purchase. After you click “Buy Now” next to the package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Is there an age restriction for the Subtronics Meet & Greet Experience?

The age policy for this show is 18+. Please check Shrine Expo Hall’s website for more information. 

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets that allow entry to the event with no seats assigned to them. With a general admission ticket, you may be given a specific area to sit or stand in, but you won’t have a specific seat reserved for you. Subtronics Meet & Greet tickets include early entry to the venue, which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a 8 ticket limit for VIP tickets. 

How will I receive my VIP tickets for the show?

We have entered the digital age, and we’re going to make things easier for you. All tickets for Subtronics at Shrine Expo Hall will now be digital. You will receive your digital tickets in your AXS account within a few weeks of the event taking place. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your order to receive your tickets in your AXS account.

Please note, you will receive individual tickets for each show at Shrine Expo Hall through your AXS Account.

When will I receive information about VIP check-in?

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.

How will I receive my merchandise included in the package?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!

Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

Is parking included in the Subtronics Meet & Greet Experience?

Subtronics Meet & Greet tickets do not include parking. Please check Shrine Expo Hall’s website for more information regarding venue parking. 

Is there a bag policy?

Please check Shrine Expo Hall’s website for more information on their bag policy.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased VIP package?

All Subtronics Meet & Greet tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.
